Did three one mile repeats up on the dirt mile our pace was way easy it was hard to hit our pace not because it was too fast but because i was used to going faster on repeats. i was getting thirty seconds faster than what i was supposed to be hitting. So i guess i need to work on my pacing a little better from now on. |
