We started with a one mile warm up then did our 30/30 workout. I ran with David and Josh on this and all three of us were supposed to be hitting 138 meters. The first few were just us trying to figure out the right speed to be running but by the time we hit the fourth or fifth we pretty much had it down. When we got to around 25 is when it started to get a little difficult but we all kept pushing when we got to the 30s it felt like i was slowing down a little and i was glad that i had those two to run with. it made it feel like it was a lot easier to keep going. And i'm really proud that all three of us stuck together and finished number 40. |
