My first nine mile run. This morning i wasnt really looking forward to the long run because of how sore i was yesterday but i decided to get up and go. The first few miles i felt really good but towards the 3 mile mark we started to hit some hills and it started to get a little harder but it wasnt bad. What made the run out there kind of hard was the fact that i was just waiting for the turnaround to come. It seemed like it took forever to get out there but once we hit the turnaround it felt like the run back was way easy and didnt seem like it took nearly as long. Overall it was a lot easier than i had thought it was going to be. Im feeling a little sore but weve got an easier run tomorrow so it should be fine. |
