30/30 workout again today. I went a little farther distance on them this time. I was going just below 150 meters. It was good to run with matt on them because we both were pushing each other to keep going. The first few of them were kind of hard just to get warmed up and used to the speed but around 10 i started to feel really good. My goal was to get at least 20 reps and i got to 21. |
